For flowers that bloom about our feet, Father, we For flowers that bloom about our feet,

Father, we thank Thee.

For tender grass so fresh, so sweet,

Father, we thank Thee.

For the song of bird and hum of bee,

for all things fair we hear or see,

Father in heaven, we thank Thee.

For blue of stream and blue of sky,

Father, we thank Thee.

For pleasant shade of branches high,

Father, we thank Thee.

For fragrant air and cooling breeze,

for beauty of the blooming trees,

Father in heaven, we thank Thee.

For this new morning with its light,

Father, we thank Thee.

For rest and shelter of the night,

Father, we thank Thee

For health and food, for love and friends,

for everything Thy goodness sends,

Father in heaven, we thank Thee.

BUCKS FOR THE BRAVE Meet two extraordinary indivi BUCKS FOR THE BRAVE

Meet two extraordinary individuals whose dedication and service inspire us all!

Kenneth Walters: Starting as an EMT and police officer, Kenneth’s service extended as a helicopter medic before joining the US Navy as a corpsman. He served in Gulf Wars 1 and 2, Ground Zero on 9/11, Iraq, and Afghanistan, often with Marine and Special Forces units. Despite a disability rating over 60%, he remains dedicated as a contractor at Fort Drum, NY, training medics and combat personnel. Thank you, Kenneth, for your unwavering courage and service!

Dennis McMahan: With 33 years in law enforcement and 3 years in the US Army during Vietnam, Dennis faced severe challenges, including a near-fatal accident with a drunk driver and a prolonged battle with COVID-19. Despite coding three times and enduring significant disabilities, Dennis continues to teach at the police academy and lead charity efforts for the Special Olympics. Your resilience and dedication, Dennis, are truly inspiring!

Thank you for your service!
BUCKS FOR THE BRAVE: Meet Two Incredible Heroes S BUCKS FOR THE BRAVE: Meet Two Incredible Heroes

Stephen Heath: Stephen, dedicated 37 years of his life as a full-time firefighter, captain, deputy, and EMT. With unwavering commitment, he saved countless lives, often putting his own at risk. From heart-wrenching moments like losing a baby in his arms to missing family celebrations, Stephens passion for serving the community was his priority and passion. Even in retirement, he continues as a call firefighter/EMT, living and breathing the fire service, and cherishing moments he now shares with our firefighter son. It’s hard to find such dedication these days, but Stephens spirit and love for firefighting remain unyielding.

James Noll: Drafted in 1968, James embarked on a remarkable military journey. He quickly rose through the ranks, earning his commission as a 2nd lieutenant and leading a platoon in Vietnam with the 101st Airborne Division. Awarded a Silver Star, 2 Bronze Stars, and 2 Purple Hearts, James showed unmatched bravery despite being wounded twice. Post-Vietnam, he continued serving, earning accolades and promotions, ultimately retiring as a full Colonel after 32 years. From Desert Storm to the Army War College, James’ dedication is awe-inspiring. Now, he enjoys a peaceful life in Minnesota, reflecting on a career that took him all over the world.

Honoring these two extraordinary men who devoted their lives to serving others in different ways, but with the same unwavering commitment and bravery.
As hunters, we ardently appreciate the cherished t As hunters, we ardently appreciate the cherished trophy photos that encapsulate the culmination of a successful hunt.

Yet, there exists a facet that eludes capture - the camaraderie on the fishing dock, the fellowship around the fire, the laughter at the breakfast table, and the shared moments that define our hunting and fishing endeavors.

It is within these unspoken moments of shared understanding that our heroes also find solace and joy.

HOW AWESOME IS THIS?! Earlier this month, employ HOW AWESOME IS THIS?!

Earlier this month, employees and families were invited to gather at Quail Ranch in Crane, Texas to participate in the annual Quail Ranch Trail Run. Fueled with coffee from Shipley’s Donuts and breakfast burritos from Mac’s BBQ, 48 participants either walked the 2K or ran the 5K or 10K trails toward the finish line.

During the event, race participants and volunteers had the opportunity to learn about Trinity Oaks Outdoors, the local nonprofit highlighted during this year’s event. The Permian Basin Chapter for Trinity Oaks Outdoors was established to bring mentorship and inspirational opportunities to underprivileged youth, veterans and special needs children through various once-in-a-lifetime outdoor activities. John Stewart, ConocoPhillips HSE Field Lead and Vice President for the Trinity Oaks Outdoors Permian Basin Chapter along with the chapter’s Director of Fundraising accepted our $10,000 donation on behalf of the organization.
